After an explosive debut at the Revealed Night during ADE last year, label boss Hardwell and frequent collaborator Dannic have treated fans across the world to the official release of their new single ‘Chase The Sun’, featuring vocalist Kelli-Leigh. The last time this dynamic duo made musical magic together was back in 2015 with ‘Survivors’, which currently has over 10 million streams across Spotify and YouTube. Hardwell’s latest release ‘Being Alive’ featuring JGUAR sent shockwaves across the globe and further cemented the Dutch icon as one of the most prolificz figures within the music industry, as Dannic’s most recent production ’No More’ with Thomas Newson on his own Fonk imprint also received widespread support from the likes of Fedde Le Grand, Afrojack and more.
Returning to their respective Revealed Recordings homes, the orchestral influences prevalent in ‘Chase The Sun’ set this track head and shoulders above the rest. Haunting chimes and delicate bells expertly mixed with exquisite piano chords create an intricate background for Kelli-Leigh’s vocal talents, establishing a truly cinematic feel. Kelli-Leigh really brings a breath of fresh air to the track, her name is super-high demand across the industry as collabs with Jax Jones and Duke Dumont have already thrust her onto the European scene, this latest project hears her lend her sensational talents to yet two more dance music darlings as pounding synth melodies are masterfully constructed to form drops of epic proportions, transporting listeners to entirely new heights!

Exciting party tune as Dannic teams up with Thomas Newson, resulting in ‘No More’. The guys work up some nicely rolling rhythms, sweet synth melodies that burst out in nice waves of sound in the breakdown. It’s vintage club music with raw edges of tech, making it a real DJ weapon, released on Dannic’s own Fonk label. DJ support already includes Hardwell, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Afrojack, R3hab, Sander van Doorn and Mike Williams.

Dutch powerhouse Dannic delivers a unique, ultra fresh electro zinger titled “Clash“. “Clash” is a fiery dance floor destroyer that has Dannic and Fonk Recordings written all over it. Having appeared alongside names like Dyro, Hardwell, Teamworx, and many more, Dannic has cemented himself as a driving dance music force. “Clash” is the latest number to be added to his repertoire and is full of electro grit, hyper leads, and an all around bad ass groove.
Dannic has gained some serious momentum in the past five years, placing five years in a row into the DJMag top 100. The Dutch star is globally recognised and has toured all throughout Europe and North America. Being the man behind hits like “Beam (Dannic Mix)“, “Blueprint“, and “Flare“, we realise just how influential the producer/DJ has really become. Dannic is a trendsetter whose tracks have resonated strongly with many innovative producers at work today. He routinely develops new sounds, grooves, and patterns that go on to become proper dance music fuel. Years ago, Dannic, Dyro, and Hardwell were three of the most in demand DJs out there and even went on a US tour together all around North America.
“Clash” comes as a solo banger on Fonk that is super high energy and super fun. Loaded with exotic lead lines and a classic super saw breakdown, this record is slick start to finish. In the past few weeks, “Clash” has caught the attention of Nicky Romero who played the track on his Protocol Radio Show.
Another year has passed and what a year it has been. I still pinch myself every day that I’m able to share my passion with you. It was a stressful year on the background, but I finally managed to get all things sorted. Super excited about all the music I’ve been cooking in the studio; I will continue my signature Fonk sound and I also finished tracks in the “oldschool” progressive Dannic sound. I’ve never felt so creative and I can only hope you love the new music as much as I do. Because it’s all about the music. Music is what started all this and what makes me happy. Thank you so much for believing in me and for all the support you give me. Can’t wait to meet you at one of my upcoming shows. I can not do this without you. Much love, Daan
